E-BOOK LICENSE & AGREEMENT

Thank you for purchasing this digital e-book. By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using this e-book, you agree to the terms of this E-Book License & Agreement.

1. Personal Use License

Your purchase provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this e-book for your own personal use.

This purchase does not transfer ownership or copyright of the e-book or its contents to you.

You may access the e-book on your own personal devices for your own personal use.

2. No Sharing or Distribution

You may not share this e-book with any other person.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Sending the e-book file to family members, friends, coworkers, clients, or other individuals
  • Giving or lending your copy to another person
  • Uploading the e-book to Facebook, Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, OneDrive, or other file-sharing services
  • Posting the e-book or any substantial portion of it online
  • Sharing the download link with another person
  • Emailing or messaging the e-book to another person
  • Making the e-book available through a website, group, community, forum, or social media platform
  • Providing the e-book to another person in exchange for money or without charge

Each person who wishes to use the e-book must obtain their own authorized copy.

3. No Resale or Commercial Distribution

You may not sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the e-book or any portion of it.

You may not include the e-book, in whole or in part, as part of another product, course, membership, service, bundle, or commercial offering without written permission from the copyright owner.

4. No Unauthorized Copying or Reproduction

You may not reproduce, duplicate, republish, or distribute the e-book, in whole or in substantial part, without prior written permission.

This includes reproducing the e-book in another digital format for the purpose of distributing it to others.

You may not remove copyright notices, author information, branding, or other identifying information contained within the e-book.

5. Copyright

The e-book, including its text, organization, design, graphics, and other original content, is protected by applicable copyright laws.

All rights not expressly granted under this License & Agreement are reserved by the copyright owner.

Purchasing the e-book does not give you ownership of the copyright or intellectual property contained within it.

6. Limited Personal Printing

You may print a reasonable number of copies of the e-book for your own personal use, provided that the printed copies are not given, sold, distributed, or otherwise provided to another person.

7. Family Members and Other Caregivers

We understand that caregiving is often a family responsibility. However, your purchase is intended for one individual purchaser.

If another family member, caregiver, friend, professional, or other person would like to use the e-book, they should purchase their own authorized copy.

Please do not forward, copy, or distribute your purchased copy to them.

8. Unauthorized Distribution

If the e-book is shared, distributed, copied, resold, or otherwise used in violation of this Agreement, the copyright owner reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

We may take reasonable steps to protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized distribution.

9. No Transfer of License

You may not transfer your license to another person.

If you no longer want or need the e-book, you may not give your purchased copy or access to another person.

10. Agreement to These Terms

By checking the “I agree” box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read this E-Book License & Agreement;
  • You understand that the e-book is licensed for your personal use;
  • You understand that you may not share the e-book with another person;
  • You understand that you may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the e-book;
  • You agree to comply with these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase the e-book.

11. Questions or Permission Requests

If you would like permission to reproduce, distribute, share, quote, or otherwise use portions of this e-book beyond the personal-use rights granted above, please contact us for written permission.
